Byron Williamson is a Keller Williams agent and a seasoned sales professional with a passion for Atlanta real estate. His background in building and construction and his sales expertise make Byron an invaluable resource for his clients. Byron uses his extensive knowledge of the entire development process to help his clients navigate the often challenging process of buying a newly-constructed home.

Byron is a 35-year resident of Atlanta, born and raised here. He loves working with new buyers or transfers, teaching them all about the city and helping them find the perfect area to call “home.”

“This is the most important financial decision in somebody’s life,” Byron says. “With that in mind, I try to be available for anything my client may need, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, not only before and during the buying or selling process, but also after the house has closed. Not all of the questions are answered at the closing table so I consider my clients as clients for life, not just during the transaction. They know I’m always available, no questions asked.


John John Delladonna

John John Delladonna is an incredible addition to The Byron Williamson Team, bringing a great knowledge of the city and its people. Growing up in Georgia, attending the University of Georgia and having lived in Atlanta for 10 years has really helped John John jump into the real estate business full steam. For every job or activity he’s been involved in, people matter most John John. Since working in sales and customer service for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Gables Properties and AT&T he has realized that customer service is the key to success. In addition, John John is owner of the very popular Peachtree Social Club here in Atlanta, an event planning organization that hosts parties of all types around the city. As his teammate Byron says, if you don’ t know John John or at least recognize him when you see him, you must have been living in a cave for the past 10 years, he’s everywhere, always hosting parties and always having a great time. By being involved in all that John John has, it has taught him how to best serve his clients and always put them first. Satisfied customers make the business fun, says John John. If the end result is not fun and enjoyable for everyone, then the goal is not achieved.


Coni Thomas

Coni is a Georgia girl through and through. Born and raised just outside the city, but she has been calling “in-town” Atlanta home for over 10 years.

A graduate of Georgia State University in downtown Atlanta, she has become quite familiar with the city and loves every part of it. She received a BA in Political Science and is currently in graduate school.

Coni assists the team with marketing and “contract to close” paperwork.
